A Heartfelt Destination Wedding at Shangri-La Yanuca Island, Fiji
Some weddings feel like the dream you scribble on a bucket list, and this was one of them. Love birds David & Emma flew me to Fiji to photograph their day at Shangri-La Yanuca Island, and it was an absolute honour. As a destination wedding photographer (Australia-based, available worldwide), being invited to travel for love stories like this is something I’m forever grateful for.
They married in the Seaside Wedding Chapel - a light-filled, glass-fronted chapel overlooking the ocean, surrounded by the people who matter most. The ceremony was full of happy tears, big smiles and so much love, followed by golden-hour portraits along the shoreline and gardens. Then came the big party: laughter, hugs, and a packed dance floor that went late into the night.
